Pro Members receive access to our range of promotional Powerups at discounted rates. Powerups allow Members to raise their profile, boost their subscriber count and grow their show’s reach. Each Powerup is designed to give access to a small slice of a professional service that would otherwise be unaffordable, time consuming, or difficult to achieve on your own. Pro Memberships are perfect for individuals and smaller shows looking for bite-sized promotional support and modest results. If you are in need of more significant promotional support then you should check out our Business Class service.
Pro Members receive $99 of store credit for every month that they are a member, and can earn extra credit for referring other members. Store credit can be spent on Powerups at any time. Store credit cannot be exchanged for currency.
Navigate to your account dashboard where you will find your own personal referral link. Members receive store credit every time they refer someone who signs up for a Pro Membership.
The minimum period for Pro Membership is one month.
Your membership will automatically renew each month, using the payment method you enter at checkout. You can pause or cancel your membership at any time after purchasing by accessing your account at podspike.com/my-account.
Navigate to “Subscriptions” in your account dashboard and select the cancel option.
Yes, if you cancel your subscription, you will lose any store credit accrued 3 months after your remaining subscription period comes to an end.
Navigate to ‘Subscriptions’ in your account dashboard and turn off the ‘auto renew’ function.
Go to “Addresses” within your account dashboard and edit your stored address there.
