Give your podcast a marketing makeover with advice, analysis, updated cover art and show copy.

What you get:

– Using a range of open and paid-access data sources, we will create you a report exploring your current audience, creating ‘ideal listener’ personas and recommending new audiences to target – and how to reach them.

–  Choose an option from our library of pre-designed templates and our experienced graphics team will create a refreshed version of your show’s cover art, fully compliant with Apple Podcast standards.

You’ll also get the following services from our online store:

– 1 x Campaign Manager – 3 x one-hour online workshops (including accompanying prep time) with a podcast marketing expert to help you update and refocus your Goal, Target audience, Mission and USPs, Format and framing, Brand strategy, Social media strategy, Listener journeys, Distribution plan, Paid and unpaid marketing strategies.

– 1 x Listen Booster – a two-page document with a recommended show description, plus an episode description template with a worked example.

How long it will take:

Typically delivered over the course of 4-6 weeks.

Key points to note:

1. All meetings must be taken within three months of purchase.
2. The price covers both the expert’s time at the meetings and related preparation and research.
3. While we will can recommend changes to your marketing, it is up to you to decide which changes (if any) to make.
4. Unless specified, this service does not include the implementation of any changes to your podcast or marketing strategy. You can select additional support as needed from the available services on the website.
5. Most podcast platforms collect very limited data about your audience, so our team will use a range of open source tools alongside their expertise to collate your audience analysis report.
6. All cover art will be generated via a customised template, rather than created from scratch.
7. You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable clearances/licences that enable any supplied images to be used in a commercial capacity.
8. You will receive the final artwork in hi-res JPEG format. EPS/PSD format can be supplied for an extra £50 GBP.
9. You may request no more than 1 round of minor amends to the supplied copy.

What we need from you:

To get the most out of this service we recommend you come with an open mind and a willingness to explore changes (both big and small) to how your market your podcast.

– Your existing artwork (in PSD or EPS format if possible)
– Your preferred new artwork template (from a choice of 14)
– Your preferred colour scheme (with hex codes if possible)
– Your preferred font / font style (with font file if possible)
– Three keywords that sum up the tone of your show
– Any images you’d like us to use OR a suggestion for the types of image you’d like us to use.
